A list of resources for additional support coming soon

After evaluating SYEPs from cities that varied by demographics and geography, we discovered four consistent pain points:

  • Access to Internet

  • Access to devices

  • Skill development

  • No community of practice among local and national leaders to share learnings and best practices

Through our research we have found program models that offer youth real-life working experience and workforce readiness programs that contribute to why these programs are successful. From what we’ve observed and learned from the various styles of programs is that so many would benefit from shared learnings, a backend system to alleviate the manual process from youth application, job matching, year-after-year participation, and long-term impact of these programs. That’s where we step in. We want to help fuse these models together to increase accessibility and connect to resources that further support youth skill development and preparedness for the Future of Work.
